* The Terms and Conditions of Business are between Alice Nannies Limited (hereinafter called the Agency) and the Employer Client (hereinafter called the Client).

* An interview with a placement, or any interest shown in a placement, or the engagement of a placement introduced by the Agency, whether permanent or temporary, constitutes acceptance by you of our Terms and Conditions of Business and agreement by you to pay our Introduction Fee should you engage a placement.

* As the Client, you must notify us immediately the placement introduced by us is engaged. The Introduction Fee is payable on confirmation of the booking, not on commencement of duties - an Introduction Fee is payable on the successful introduction of each placement. Should the client at a future time wish to engage another person, a full Introduction Fee will be charged.

* In the instance of two Clients engaging in a nanny share position, each client will be charged the appropriate fee in full. The Introduction Fee must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

* Payment should be made to Alice Nannies Limited and sent to the registered office address. Alice Nannies Limited operates an introduction service between Clients and placements. The Agency fees are for the introduction. Whilst we take every care in obtaining and checking references, the Clients are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the suitability of the placment for the particular post in question.

* The Agency cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, liabilities, expenses, claims, or damage ot the Client, their families, property, or other third parties resulting from an introduction made through the Agency.

* All information revealed between the Client and the Agency must be treated as confidential. Clients introducing placements to a third party will be held liable for introduction fees as the Agency has made the initial introduction.

* Clients are responsible for all payments in connection with their employment including wages, car expenses, income tax and National Insurance,.

* If a placement fails to be satisfactory during the first four weeks of service the Agency will provide further introductions at no extra charge to the Client, provided that the original invoice has been paid within 7 days.
